Scope of the policy and the products or services it covers
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of courses and related services offered by stagevibezo. The policy covers both one-off course purchases and any subscription-based access to training materials or live sessions provided through our platform.
Prices, currencies, taxes, and any additional charges
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices include value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for optional extras such as printed course materials, certification fees or extended access periods. Any such charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase. stagevibezo reserves the right to adjust prices, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Accepted payment methods, payment authorisation, and payment security
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. Payments are authorised at the time of order. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers that comply with UK data protection standards. stagevibezo does not store full card details. You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been successfully authorised.
Order, booking, or service confirmation and when a contract is formed
A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from stagevibezo following successful payment. This confirmation summarises the course details, price paid and access instructions. Until this email is sent, no contract exists and you are not obliged to proceed.
Cancellation rights and applicable cancellation periods
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel if you have not started the course. If you begin streaming or downloading digital content within this period you lose the right to cancel. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but refunds are limited to the unused portion after the cooling-off period.
Refund eligibility, exclusions, and non-refundable items or services
Refunds are available only where the course has not been accessed or where a technical fault on our side prevents delivery. Non-refundable items include partially completed courses, downloaded materials and promotional offers. Courses purchased as gifts or through third-party resellers are also excluded from refunds.
The step-by-step procedure and information required to request a refund
To request a refund contact us via the form on our Contacts page or email [email protected]. Provide your order number, full name, the date of purchase and a brief reason. We will acknowledge your request within two working days and may ask for further details if needed.
Inspection, approval, rejection, and notification of the refund decision
Our team will review your request against the eligibility criteria within ten working days. You will be notified by email of the decision. If approved, the refund will be processed. If rejected we will explain the reasons and offer any available alternatives such as course transfer.
Refund method, processing time, and when funds should reach the customer
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes five to ten working days after approval, although bank transfers or certain card issuers may require up to fourteen days for funds to appear in your account.
Special rules for digital content, subscriptions, services, or promotional offers where relevant
Digital courses are non-returnable once access has been granted. Subscription renewals can be cancelled before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Promotional discounts are non-refundable and any refund will be calculated at the discounted price originally paid.
Failed payments, duplicate charges, chargebacks, and suspected fraud
If a payment fails you will be notified and given the opportunity to retry. Duplicate charges will be investigated and refunded automatically where confirmed. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. Chargebacks are treated as cancellations and may affect future purchasing eligibility.
Mandatory consumer rights in the target country that the policy cannot exclude
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Payment Services Regulations. You remain entitled to remedies for faulty services and to complain to the relevant ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with our handling of a refund request.
